The Gospel of Jesus Christ
Without the Lord Jesus, one cannot be saved. But what is the Gospel?
Gospel Content:
Jesus is the only begotten Son of the living God. He became flesh, suffered for the sins of the world, bore the punishment of the cross, died, and rose again, paying the full price for sinners so that they may be forgiven, saved, and receive eternal life.
What should you do after hearing the Gospel?
Trust in the Lord Jesus
Believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord.
Read the Bible Diligently
Obtain a copy of the Bible and read it word for word, from beginning to end, to understand God's will.
Pray, Repent, and Follow the Lord
Pray for a clearer understanding and faith, turn away from idols and wicked works, and be baptized according to the Scriptures.
The Great Commission
The Lord Jesus commanded His disciples: 'Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.' This is not a task for a select few, but the responsibility of the entire church and all believers.
